IIIT Nagpur PhD Admission 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
Master's Degree in Engineering / Technology with a
Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology with First class or
60% marks (55% marks for SC / ST / PwD) / CPI or CGPA
≥ 6.75 (6 for SC / ST / PwD) on a 10-point scale.
Or
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Technology/Master's
in Computer Applications with First Class or 60% marks
(55% marks for SC / ST / PwD) / CPI or CGPA ≥ 6.75 (6
for SC/ST/PwD) on a 10-point scale.
And
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in CSE/ECE/IT
and allied fields in a registered company that is at least
three years old.
